Sydney Remedial Trades were engaged by the committee after a long process of quoting with various companies. They were awarded the works which included complete restoration and remedial works to 1930’s Art Deco strata building including ,façade upgrade and restoration, window restoration and replacement, protective painting externally and common stairwell, roof repairs, carpentry works throughout, plumbing repairs, fencing etc. Tony and his team were a pleasure to work with and showed pride in their work and good communication when organising stages of the works.
