Cosmetic and render restoration of all external walls, common areas and balconies followed by painting of these areas in a new colour palette meant that this project was not only given a facelift, but also felt more fresh modern.

The Challenges
The access for this job was a lot harder than it looked making the render and painting the outside walls very difficult. Some strategic planning with scaffolding and roof access meant we could execute the works in a timely manner with minimal impact on the residents.
