The estimator will proceed to prepare a quote based on the scope of works and recommendations provided by the engineer. This quote will then be submitted to the strata for review and approval.
Subject to quote approval The Building Practitioner is required to adhere strictly to the approved regulated designs for the duration of the construction process.
Regular inspections by either the engineer or builder will ensure that construction adheres to the designs and compiles with the BCA.
