Design Compliance Declaration (DCD) must be lodged to confirm that the regulated design complies with the BCA and other applicable laws. The DCD must be submitted via the NSW Planning Portal before the construction begins. Submission may be made by either the Engineer/Architect the Builder, or the Owners Corporation.
